So, consider this rating a 10/10 and let me detail the many ways Dusti supported our family in purchasing a home.1. Dusti helped us find the EXACT home we wanted. My husband and I wanted a home that was close to where we worked in Littleton, but we also wanted a home that allowed us to experience the beauty Colorado has to offer. Dusti found a house that met both goals.2. Dusti’s real estate savvy and advice meant that our offer was chosen when there was another offer on the table.3. Dusti understood that moving across the country involved much more than just buying a house. Moving our family from North Carolina to Colorado involved big emotions from our entire family. Dusti supported us by checking-in on us and our kids frequently.4. Dusti was highly responsive. Texts, calls, and email were always answered promptly. Always.5. Dusti’s has extensive knowledge of schools. Dusti could easily rattle off how many students attended different local schools, what clubs and sports schools had, and steps to enroll. Dusti even connected us with a school principal who spent over an hour with our family and our teenage daughter. This step took an enormous burden off my husband and I and helped ease our daughter’s transition to a new school.6. Dusti worked on an extremely short timeline. Although we had been in talks with Dusti for a couple months, our goal was to fly to Denver, view homes, make an offer, and have the offer accepted over four days. Goal achieved.7. Dusti is highly organized and yet flexible. When viewing homes, Dusti had our time together mapped out clearly. She budgeted in time for meals, and she was completely fine when we would toss a new home into the mix.8. Dusti knows the community. Since Dusti has lived in Colorado for over twenty-five years, she was a valuable resource for any and all questions we had about hikes, drive times, parks, restaurants, skiing, churches, children’s activities, and on and on. 9. Dusti gave in depth instructions, explanations, and reminders so we always knew what was coming in the purchasing process.10. Dusti cared for our family and paid attention to the details. Dusti called me ahead of our time together to see what snacks my kids liked and had the snacks ready for us while we viewed homes. This attention to deal and intentional inclusion of my kids is an example of Dusti caring for the family she is helping serve."

"Dusti was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was so caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and simply incredible all around. Dusti is your girl if you’re looking for someone who not only hears you but stands up for you and your concerns. I loved how flexible her schedule was to meet our needs during our forever home search. We never felt pressured or pushed and her patience with us was unmatched. "I purchased my first home with Dusti as my relator. Dusti was awesome and was willing and able to answer a call or be at a house when we were available. I appreciated her attentiveness. Dusti was able to educate me on the house buying process and what I needed to be aware of as a homebuyer. She was on our side and fought for what we wanted. She vouched for us and was supportive throughout the process. Dusti had lots of resources for us to look into regarding down payment assistance, different types of loans, and what we need to know as beginning homeowners."
